Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersI would recommend you as domestic in Aus as that portion of the move was easy and quick, unfortunately we are still waiting for our shipment to be delivered even though it arrived in NZ on 3 January 2023. We have been told several times we would be contacted however we have not been and I have to chase for updates. Very poor on the NZ side.
Truck drivers were so patient manourvers working in a tight culdisac witha huge truck and trailer. Well packed and althoughi have no room to unpack the large glass paintings to see their condition books photographs etc are fine.
It was amazing to deal with every single person in Conroy removal. I would like to highlight on a lady name Debbie in NZ. She was amazing in every details and follow up for us. We spoke to her almost 1-2 months with lots of questions and she gave us information with patiently. We also did research for price and Conroy was far better than other removal companies. We will recommend Conroy to everyone.

Nothing but praise for Conroys. They made moving my Mum back to NZ a breeze. Communication was excellent, the 2 guys that came to pack everything were very professional, they took care of Mums stuff like it was their own & they both had great personalities. Good on you Conroys would recommend your company without hesitation. Thank you for making the move for Mum so easy.
When I opened the painting shipment box, one of the paintings had the glass broken.
I decided to use Conroy based on price. I thought I would need to be on them constantly, myself being in the freight forwarding industry for 18yrs and not trusting anyone else knows how to export like I do. But, right from the start I soon realised it wasn't their price that was exceptional but also their customer service from start to end. Great communication, great price and everyone throughout the chain of responsibility was amazing. Would recommend and use myself again.
Great service, no complaints at all.
My three year old Samsung Qled TV came damaged. A quarter of the screen is not working. My three year old Mitsubishi double door fridge has a dent at the back towards the right hand side. There is visible rust at the bottom of the backside of the fridge. Clearly, the item was not handled and stored properly. The fridge was under gold warranty till last year with the purchaser. I am now dealing with the process of claiming insurance.
