Left feedback several days ago and requested a response from Conroy but nothing yet. I expect a phone call from Conroy not just an email saying sorry you are not happy. I have issues which need to be resolved. Not at all happy with the state of my furniture. Plus my industrial sewing machine was torn apart without us to see how it was to go together again, not just a simple matter of putting it back in place.
I was very pleased with nearly the entire process. At the NZ end (the collection) the gentlemen packing our belongings were quick and professional. The collection date was based on the recommendations of Conroy which was based around ou arrival date in Geelong (January 15th). When we got the email letting us know that our belongings would be delivered at 7am on January 3rd it wasn't a great surprise. However, this was resolved quickly by the Conroy staff and we got our belongings on the 16th by two really quick and friendly delivery men. We will use Conroy again for sure.
The coordination with Helen and the team in QLD was great. It was not an easy move to administer as the items originally came from the UK and was held up for long periods due to freight and logistics issues.
The team unloading of Mark & Chad did an amazing job. With more than 40ft to unpack the completed most of it 1 day. They were very professional, timely and took care of our belongings. I can thoroughly recommend Conroys.
The import procedure for motor vehicles arriving in Australia in terms of obtaining CTP insurance, roadworthy, licencing, registration should be provided by Conroy. The two delivery staff were excellent in unloading the container in Hervey Bay but their schedule did not allow sufficient time for unpacking & unwrapping the container & they had to leave with 50% of the items left for us to unpack. This has resulted in a very large amount of packing materials which will have to be collected by Conroy.
I was very happy with your service, the only thing though we had one of our TV's arrive cracked and we hadn't taken an insurance so that was really a pity.
Great communication in regards to all movement of my goods.

I want to specifically thank Kim Stevens who assisted me throughout the shipment process. She was patient with me as I changed my list of items numerous times and allowed time for documents I was required to fill out. She made the experience plesant and I would recommend again to others.
