There were some frustrating times but not all in the control of Conroys and so with border and custom obligations.
Electronic digital forms would be a great advancement and maybe an app to help the customer through the entire process.

Delivery time from Australian custom, Conroy took longer at least 2 weeks than we were advised., hence our effects were delivered on 23 Dec. 2024, 2 days before the Christmas break.
It caused a bit of inconvenience to do all the unpacking before Christmas and visitations of families and friends were restrictive.

Excellent in all respects except for inability to get phone answered in Auckland during repeated calls.
The communication between the different partners to each other and myself was very poor. On many occasions I had to call or email them to understand where my belongings were, and they never informed me that my freight was not still in transit because they needed more information from me.
Many people were involved, it was all very difficult to know whom I needed to contact next. If I hadn't chased all of this up it would have taken even longer than the 3 months it took. Sending me multiple invoices, some duplicates but from diffferent contractors.
Do not use CONROY REMOVALS. I am now only giving feedback because my goods eventually got here.

I cannot do anything but praise them
The men who helped unpack the truck were incredible. They were polite and friendly and very careful. I cannot do anything but praise them. Thank you. We have one item missing in the move. May I ask if a guitar has been found? Maybe it was not seen and is still somewhere in the truck. I have written to the Singapore end too. Many thanks
A stress-free move
Hey guys, just want to thank you for all you helped us with from first email the communication and just how simple everything was made for a stress free move. From the time the guys packed the items through to delivery the experience has been none other than super professional - getting our gear prior to Christmas super icing on the cake for us. Yeah I can't say enough about the team at Conroys. Keep on keeping on guys, truly grateful for all your awhi with the move and care with our gears. Ngaa mihi mahana ki a koutou.
Great start to the moving journey, however a clear disconnect from origin to arrival. Origina stated they would handle certain things and then upon arrival I was being followed up for documentation that I had already provided to origin team. The delivery nearly left without confirming how many items there was meant to be.
