Communication was well sorted; at every stage I knew what was happening with the shipment. The forms were strightforward and easy to manage online.

The guys were very friendly and helpful. Even when I thought we had lost something on the truck they helped us out hours after they had left they contacted me straight back

It ended up being in one of our boxes that we had forgotten about 

they were very honest about a broken part to our bed at which it was me but the fact he double check it showed me theyre honesty

This is customer service that you don’t always see anymore

The staff that we dealt with were professional. Whilst we had some damage and breakages with the shift, the overall service that was provided was excellent

Your New Zealand branch were excellent,but the delivery arrived over an hour late,no communication,l had to phone them,very very poor service Australian end. No apologies either!
