Everything on the Australian end was smooth and I felt informed the whole way, with pleasant service at every touch point.
Please consider giving your New Zealand colleagues a boot up the rear - I received so little communication I thought I'd given them the wrong email and phone number. Though the movers seemed nice.

The whole experience was very easy. However we weren’t notified of our delivery day and had a call yesterday from the guys to say they were at our place and we were 2 hours away because we knew nothing about it!
this meant that after a long day out in the car we got home to our stuff in the back yard (which we gave permission for them to do) and we had to move it all inside which was a bit disappointing.
they said we were their last drop off before heading back to Auckland.
It would’ve been nice to have a call to say our stuff was coming and we could’ve been home. Thankfully it wasn’t raining.
A couple of my boxes had cuts into the cardboard, I didn’t notice until I was unpacking them so I don’t know what happened there. Otherwise, fantastic service
The link that provided status of my goods was very helpful. The delivery guys were very courteous & helpful. I would have appreciated better communication & reponses to my emails.
The relocation from the UK to Australia was managed incredibly well. All questions (and there were many) were addressed efficiently, even when dealing with if rather unusual items would be accepted by Australian quarantine. In total just three items in a full size shipping container has sustained damage which I regard as pretty perfect.All staff we met with were polite and efficient.
