Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersI really appreciated Conroy's friendly email responses and updates. Items were packed well. It concerned me to see my heavy antique,heirloom table being passed up from the footpath below over a high wide large hedge instead of carrying it through the house. Also nervous to see the casual manner in which the friendly unpacker ran his sharp knife into packaging without establishing where the invisible item inside was sited.Upsetting to see the raw new chip off this antique table which was previously in perfect condition- I told the unpacker we needed to go though the disposed packing material to find the chip. He ignored me. Fortunately we found the chip of wood on the ground. I would use Conroys again - but would request they used different delivery/ unpacking staff.

My peice of furniture has arrived in a damaged condition. The delivery driver said he would have someone from Conroy contact me and I wrote about the damage on the POD.
No-one has called as yet and I need to have this issue resolved in relation to the repair as the furniture needs immediate attention.
I'm happy to submit photos in relation to this damage. Also the delivery was scheduled for 8-8.30am but didn't arrive until nearly 10am......
Everyone was really accomodating, the guys that came out where really friendly and efficient.
Was very happy on all aspects, I had used storage in NZ for 4 years plus post Christchurch earthquakes. Visited the site end of May pre shipping to sort belongings. Goods on arrival were well packed, however was devastated to see my late husbands leather club chair had the back leg broken off. This is an extremely solid robust chair, whilst in NZ had no fault what so ever. This can only be attributed to careless & extremely rough handling , which is not good enough when your special possessions are entrusted to be handled with reasonable care, as this was certainly not the case. A blight on an otherwise trouble free experience.

Excellent professional service provided by Conroy for an interstate removal of furniture. Great care taken of the piece of furniture in question. Staff were really helpful.
Extremely disappointed with your service.
Was not notified in advance that one of my boxes went missing. While the delivery was taking place, i noticed one box was not there.
There was very little attempt by your company to help locate the missing box. I was advised to contact the packing company, even though the box supposedly went missing in Customs.
Very unhelpful and poor customer service.
