From Colin who came out to assess and provide a quote, to Karen in the office, to the three preson crew who came to pack up and move my household effects I cannot offer enough praise. They were supportive, friendly, extremely efficient and cost competitive at a very stressful time. I can't thank them enough or recommend them highly enough!!!

Throughout the move we were kept well informed and updated from the packing, loading and storage in Canada by AMJ Campbell to the progress, delivery and unpacking in Australia by Conroy Removals. Well done.

When packing items that may need to be checked by in a country that has import regulations around plant/animal/soil, that the team better mark the boxes that have items of interest for inspection. Rather than having to contact the customer to ask which box(es) they might be in.
Overall professional and a pleasure to deal with. Wonderful to be kept well informed regarding the progress of the package to be received, allowing customers enough time to make the necessary arrangements. Administration uncertainties dealt with and sorted out quickly. All employees dealt with kind, understanding and professional. We will definitely make use of Conroy Removals again in the future. Thank you for making the process so easy.
I was happy with the communiation and the final delivery. The guys doing the delivery asked where I wanted everything and were careful not to damage the wooden floor. I did my own unpacking afterwards.
Conroy was only doing delivery for my international move started with AGS, so cannot speak for the pick up part.
