In general, everything was great. Lovely helpful people from the office staff to the delivery drivers. Our shipment was very slow going through customs and quarrantine, it would have been helpful to be given more updates as the delay was prolonged well beyond the originaly estimated customs delay.
Sharon was amazing -- excellent customer service, always followed up and was so friendly. I am very happy with the way my items were packed and shipped and delivered, thank you!

Communication regarding the delivery was not great, we had to keep chasing you to find out about dates and progress. The actual delivery date was later than expected.
Clear explanation of the car import process was lacking.
2 of the men that delivered our goods to the house were very good and the other man did not do much at all. He literally stood back and watched me unpack, then took the paper and empty boxes outside. There was no “unpacking to benchtop”, I unpacked every box myself. More than 2 Conroys people were required for the job.
We were very upset that 4 pieces of furniture were broken in the move however the insurance claim process was very straightforward.
The process was easy with good communication and friendly staff. From the office to the people on the ground everyone enjoyed their job.
Upon delivery it was noted that 4 items have been lost in transit - a suitcase, a toolbox a tarp and one I described item - I have send emails regarding this and called the QLD office however no one answered the call - I’ve left a voice message but to date have not received a return email nor had a return phone call.
Simply not good enough.
Good staff , assited with all aspects , flexible and supportive.
