Hello Conroy removals team,
I would like to start with cost & quality: It was total value for money. I would say Conroy is not only cost effecient but also preceeds expectations due to its quality of service. You will surely get a 5 star service.
Secondly, the care with which my belongings were picked, handled and delivered was simply amazing. Each and everything was intact and damage-free.
The hallmark for me is team's communication and the efficiency of communication. Right from obtaining the Quote from Tracey, who explained me the process and solved all my queries with utmost patience and kindness to Joe & his team who delivered my belongings from Melbourne, the communication was outstanding and always kept me well-informed. When Joe said he will be at me door at 3.45pm, he literally was outside at 3.45pm, not even a min more or less.
I would like to thank the whole team across all the departments to take care of my request and job with utmost care, attention and kindness.
