Overall very happy
I've used Conroy's previously. Overall very happy. I found some of the emails back and forth a bit frustrating but the on the ground effort and timeliness was very good.

From the first contact with Conroy Removals to when the guys drove off with the delivery truck our overall experience and service was fantastic and 5 Stars. We saved heaps of money for our interstate move from Victoria up to the Sunshine Coast Queensland. Justin, our initial Move Coordinator, answered all our questions promptly and even did a video walkthrough for our storage unit.
Janelle organised with both the Melbourne removalists team for our 20' shipping container to be uplifted and then with the Brisbane removalists team for the delivery.
John messaged us the morning before the uplifting and kept us informed about their arrival time. He and Paul were fantastic and professional as they expertly assessed all of our house goods and then just like tetris loaded everything with care and filled the entire shipping container so nothing could move during transit. They finished by lunchtime so much faster than we expected.
Wayne contacted us before the delivery day and was in constant contact for our Delivery time. They arrived and quickly, carefully and efficiently unloaded all of our 296 Items and had us use their iPad to check off each item and let them know where we wanted it placed. They finished by morning tea and were very friendly and professional. Nothing was damaged or lost in transit and our family was 100 percent satisfied with our entire moving experience with Conroy Removals, and would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving.

Very happy with the service. I would recommend the company to everyone. It all went smoothly and the two young men who delivered my items to the door were well mannered and very courteous.

All items trasported safely and with no damage. Care was taken with the delivery.
Minor points of irritation were around communication and delivery.
The failure to contact us re delivery other than an email with three working days notice telling us the date of delivery and the implied expectation we could work around this date. A phone conversation would have been a more courteous approach and what we were expecting.
Additionally. the day before delivery a time frame was communicated, yet on the day with approx an hours notice the delivery was brought forward by over two hours. A good thing my husband worked from home rather than the initial plan of getting home mid-afternoon which would have been too late.
The staff was very patient with my frequent phone calls for updated dates and always followed up with my questions.
Delivery young man was on time and courteous. Some of the boxes were quite damaged but it was 204 days since they left my home overseas.
