Conroy Removals were recommended to us after getting quotes from several others, they were amazing from the start and beat every other quote we had!! The team turned up and packed all our things with care and in record time. Everything labelled and easy to access. We even forgot to pack some things and they came back the next day and packed it for us, no issues or extra charge!! Upon arrival in NZ we needed to store our things, again, not a hassle! And it was cheaper than all other storage options. We requested to get a few things from storage and they happily held those for us for us to come and pick up. Beyond happy with the service!
Great service onsight with uplift, team were professional and efficient. Also, we required access pre Christmas to our international boxes and this was arranged without much effort and we were very grateful. Great service all round.

The removalist team at both ends were awesome, fast efficient and oir items were extremely well packaged.
Unfortunately the customer service both in NZ and Australia was quite poor. I appreciate that a lot of stuff was online however there were times when a phone call or conversation could have been better particularly when there were some complicated questions regarding our shipment and which Conroys really provided no assistance or guidance with!
The sales rep in NZ was also quite relaxed and did not read our initial request, so missed half the quote, particularly when we made it very clear from the onset we were relocating an 83 year old from NZ to Australia and we were based in Australia at the time.
Hi Conroy team. Once again your services were excellent. Both pickup and delivery teams did a great and fast job.
3 stars instad of 5 is because all the stickers were placed in the worst spots (e.g. front of the mirror instead of back).
It will take us days to remove all the glue and clean all our furniture.
I hope you can try and improve this problem of an otherwise great service.

The best part of the complete experience with Conroy removals , was the delivery of our goods in Melbourne. The guys were effecient, polite and well informed.Really appreciated the manner in which the carried out their work.*******5stars for them
We had 177 items moved from Gunnedah to Evandale. There was annoying, permanent damage to at least 8 items, only one of which we will have to throw away (clothes airer). It would have taken just a little more care to ensure that the items were properly wrapped given that they had to come across Bass Strait. None of the boxed items were damaged but we did most of that ourselves. Delivery was 5.5 hours later than expected and the man delivering it was exhausted before he began.
Excellent and friendly service at every step of the move. My only comment is that a day or so before our shipment was delivered to our home, the local agent came to visit and asked us to pay 850Euros cash. 300Euros or so were anticipated for the rental of a van to facilitate the transportation of the boxes to our house. The remaining 550Euros (arnpound 1000$) we were told were for customs clearance. We were only given a receipt without a serial number and proper invoice. This might be some quirky administration procedure but this cost is significant and customers should be told about these so they can make decisions and budget accordingly.
