Overpriced, I spent over $600 AUD to send my clothes over. I needed to fill in so many forms and my bag was considered to not be personal effects because I hadn't had all my clothes for 12 months which doesn't make any sense - people buy things overseas all the time and if it can come through on checked luggage with me it should be able to be considered my personal effects coming through customs especially as it was only clothes, then I had to pay $200 extra to get my bag checked and didn't get a valid explanation as to why. I sent my bag from the UK in February, finished my forms in May and my bag didn't arrive until mid September, the tracking form just says pending and doesn't actually tell you where the bag is or when it's arriving. I'm upset with the customer service and how much I had to spend on the service itself, I will never send another bag overseas again and would never recommend it to anyone I care about.

Kim in the Sydney office who handled our relocation is a professional - she is calm, friendly and a solutions based person Exactly the right kind of person you need for such a big move.
Kim handled our house and last minute, one of our cars also. Nothing was a problem.
They removalists on the day – Tarmz, Freddie & Marius, were also fantastic, with a bit of lovely Kiwi flavour as we moved back to NZ! Packing was A-1. They were respectful, efficient and packed with the professionalism you would hope for as a homeowner.

The delivery was on time and the service was friendly and good. However, is it not possible for customs clearance and quarantine time of 3 to 5 weeks to be speeded up?
