We were very impressed with the staff in all areas of the company in paticular their patience of my short comings. Communication was great and I never felt a pest..although I'm certainly a slow learner..the packing guys were great and although it was a much bigger than they planned job they got everything packed with dedication n we r so grateful as it was a job we'd never have got thru.We are pleased to inform you the truck load was delivered saftely by your Nz side who also were very efficient

The Brisbane response was good and when I phoned re boxes delivery etc, received very good information.
But it seemed to a long time for delivery to Christchurch ( nearly 3 months) with little information, in fact the boxes were in NZ for 10 days before delivery, even though I found out they had been through Immigration and customs. When they arrived one box was split, not sure if anything is missing, the other two boxes were worst for wear. I was told the type of box for packing would be ok. Just a little disappointed.

I believe your company in New Zealand need to have a look at there management as it’s very poor over there .. In Australia they were all lovely and did an amazing job

Ian and George were great.
They were late
The people who I received the quote from were fine. I was booked in for a 7am start had the confirming phone call the day before. The men who did the move showed up at 7.50 with no prior phone call to say that they were going to be delayed. I went around to the depot to see what was happening to be told they were running late they’ll be there soon with no apology.
Meanwhile food that I had taken out of my fridge before 7am was defrosting.
Hence to say I was not happy.

I am so happy we used Conroy to bring the remainder of our personal belongings over to our home in Brisbane. Conroy packed everything up for us and delivered it to our doorstep within a few months. They communicated with me the whole way through as to each stage my items were at. They have been so easy and efficient to use and we are so happy with the outcome. Thank you!

Conroys provided excellent service at both ends of the journey. This is not the first time we have used Conroys. The only glitch was dealing with Customs and Conroys helped out there too. I do have some doubts about the Quarantine service though.
