"good until all my things arrived"
The service was good until all my things arrived and a lot of my things were damaged . After trying to claim insurance through Conroy’s my settlement offer has been super low and offending. I understand that damage sometimes occurs however some heavy items have clearly been placed on my dryer etc and now I have to live with all my belongings dented as they won’t be replaced or fixed. Not happy. Also I was told that someone could come back and pick up the remaining boxes which I have contacted Dunedin about but have yet to be given a date, I sent a follow up email but yet to hear back.

Highly recommend, great service, continually informed of progress of shipment. Will use Conroys again.

Service was very good. I've used it twice and each time lost a parcel . I've had one missing box each timeand poor communication regarding it.

I really appreciated the advice we got from the first meet as to best ways to get things back to NZ that wasn't going to cost the earth. Felt as though there was an understanding of what it really takes to move countries (not just physically and financially), and not just a company wanting our money/service.

Not delivered yet
Our boxes have not been delivered. I followed the link on your courier link and they have refused to collect/deliver the boxes as they exceed their parameters.
I have not been contact by your company reference to this.
The weight and size of the boxes has been available for months so I am surprised.
Can someone please respond to my feed back.

Multiple items missing and damaged. Have emailede-a complaint but would appreciate contact asap as there is well over a thousand dollars worth of items missing or damaged .
Moving countries is always a stressful process but your team made it anything but.
Thank you for making things seem so easy is i was ever to move again your company would defiently be my first call.
