"So close to perfect"
So close to perfect and glowing praise, seriously great service and happy with the price BUT as it turned out I paid extra for a guaranteed delivery date which was not met. No refund offered and I was furious. However my sales rep and the labourers were exceptional.

"everything arrived without a scratch"
My large shipment included a lot of valuable items, including antiques, paintings, ceramics,etc and everything arrived without a scratch. Each item was very well wrapped and the young man who prepared the shipment was fabulous, taking extra time to make sure everything was well wrapped and boxed.

The speed and efficiency of George and Ian was amazing. Considering the heat of the day they worked tirelessly to get the job done. This is the second time George has been part of my removal team and both times his professionalism and cooperation has been faultless.

Whole delivery process is well informed from shipment arrival, Customs clear, quarantine and final actual delivery on site. The delivery guy is polite and professional, job well done.
Great team to work with without a lot of notice and really helped with delivery at the other end as well so their job didnt end in Australia SUPPER happy thank you !!
