i asked for delivery at midday, they came at 3.30 i hadnt been asked if i wanted unpacking which i had assumed came with it, i asked if they would help me as i'm 68 and on my own and i was prepared to pay and would have paid extra if i had been asked but alas they said no it was too late and left me with huge cabinets, couches to lift on my own  and try and dispose of the cardboard and boxes, worst experience i've ever had. one young guy tried to help me when the cupboard almost fell on me and he was lovely but the older guy said they weren't there to do that i do not want a response i do not want to hear from your company ever again 

Shipment was over 7 working days late, and we had to push for delivery of our clothes before we were to go back to work.  The one item we asked for special care with (a large apple computer monitor), was badly damanged and totally shattered.  We had to submit an insurance claim today.  Clothes were thrown into boxes with no regard to the neat stacks in which they were left to pack. Shoes were mismatched arcoss several boxes.  Horrible experience overall and would not recommend.

Outstanding customer service ! Conroys kept me informed of every step in the moving process. Everything arrived intact...even my most fragile items including wine glasses. I'm very impressed with the service and would highly recommend.

Conroy removals in Perth were amazing to deal with. From the minute I requested a quote they were quick to respond. They sent someone out within the week to come and evaluate our contents. Always happy to answer the many questions I had. On the day of our move the three guys who packed our stuff were very friendly and professional. They even went out of their way to interact with our 11 month old. The contents were packed extremely well, and everything arrived safely on the other side. I was very pleased with Conroy Removals and storage.However I woud have liked a litte more communication with the staff while I had my belongings in storage as a reassurance.Some of the boxes were marked with the contents e.g."clothing" which was useful but not all of them. I was considering taking only a few boxes out of storage e.g. clothing, shoes and kitchen/household equipment and leaving the rest for a while. I actually took the whole lot out as nt everything was labelled. I suggest that packers try and label boxes if possible to facilitate identification of contents.
