Internal communication issues
Overall a great experience with Conroy and our items arrived without issue and undamaged. Sometimes, however, it did feel that different departments weren't always communicating to each other, such as the storage department issuing an incorrectly higher invoice than previously discussed, or the shipping company in California didn't know they were contracted to move the items upstairs.

From start to finish the move from Canada has been fantastic. Must really thank Bruton who packed everything so well that nothing we unpacked was broken.
Conroy kept in contact with me with updates and Michael, the removalist/delivery guy, was fantastic. He was very professional and polite. If we do end up selling our house I will definitely consider Conroy.
Would be good if our furniture was here. A bit early to coment. Left our home in Perth on the 7th September. 7 weeks later. Still waiting. Great team in Perth.
