"We did not have to worry as everything was great"

A large box had this way up with arrows and the guy who picked it up added more to the outside, but it arrived on its end. And the measurements they said our boxes were was quoted much higher than they actually were. The boxes arrived faster than quoted though and the pick up drop off guys were nice.

Throughout the process, the system (even now), was unable to contact myself directly (the owner of the items/goods), and continued to contact my mother (the person who obtained the quote, and meet the pick up). This was asked via email on numerous occations via numerous people, with my mother (Jane) being CC'd in to all communications. Some staff continued to bombard her with emails via BCC. This is very unprofessional. This caused stress to myself, as I was then relying on my mother to be in constant connection to her emails, and to be able to forward them on; and stress to my mother, to make sure she was always forwarding the emails, as well as receiving emails that she was not wanting.
The main downside of actual delivery, was that one of the delivery drivers stank of cigarettes, and the smell stayed in the house for days.
We will probably be using moving services again soon, and hope that should we go with Conroys (as the actual moving was very professional), that issues like this, wont occur.
Thank you for the professional shifting, most boxes arrived in near perfect condition.

It was a hard move with what I had but they did well

Service has been great until this week when our Napier agent didn't contact us as expected to advise quarantine release and arrange delivery as previously advised. When we finally managed to make contact with someone else in the Napier office, after attempts over 2 days we were advised that agent had taken unexpected leave, which we understand does occur from time to time. An offered follow up and return phone call did not eventuate and we were left to follow up once again. We were finally advised that quarantine had been completed and our household effects had been released BUT Conroy's were unable to arrange delivery for another week. This means we will be have been waiting 14 business days for delivery instead of 7 - 10 business days as advised. Very disappointing as we have already been in NZ for 4 weeks. No complaints, only praise for Perth staff.

"It took you three months to deliver my shipment"
It took you three months to deliver my shipment from Sydney. You guys made our move the worst experience ever. There is no customer service. The guys would rather blame the customer than take responsibility and sort problems out.
