hello   thanks  for  good  service  ,  the  2 men who where  older  where  stepping down on and off tail gait  of  truck   i wondered  if  they might  fall  its a  big  step  with heavy  furniture  keist  weighs  50  kg of  solid  wood  and  blankets in side  , the  day was raining with  french  polish  furniture  in older  card board  wrap , un known certainity  i f  water  proof . the  guys tried to  keep it  dry  but  no  water proof  tuapalin provied by the company   at  10 dollar s  for one  from bunning  should be  a piece of  equipment . 

the   carpet   arrived   smelling  a little  damp  and  smelliny   very  damp   smelling  mouldy, did  they un  wrap it  to  fumingate it i wonder  , it has  since  aired out  , the  tops  of  the  antique  chairs   have  aired  out  arrived  smelling  mouldy , its  and  25 yr old  carpet  that  was  professionally cleaned    and  sun dried    as well  as professionally  dried  and packed prior to  coming  .  one  broken china  piece . I  am missing a   few fragil   items  cnia plates  cups  and aset of  drinking  glasses  but have not  fully  unpacked yet   so will update you . please confirm all boxes  deliverd   i am  amazed it  even  got  to me  as  my name  was  spelt  the  africa  way  on boxes . 

The  unpacking team   during the job if  asked a  question would be nice  to  get a  polite  reponse  no thanks   or  yes  please . eg  would  you like   to use   a  toilet  are you ok  there is oen available  if requied . 

for  poor vision folk the  font in this box need s a  bigger size   option .. font 16 -18

if  I tried to do thsi on a tablet  inche sreen i would not bother
