The rating of 4 for customer experience acknowledges the full experience - from original request for quote to post-removal administration follow up.  If we only took into account the actual packaging, uplift and delivery, the rating would be closer to 3.  The original packer (Kerry) was outstanding - all items were professionally wrapped and carefully labelled for ease of unpacking and allocation to storage/direct delivery as per our original instructions.  The uplifting and delivery crews we also very good in terms of efficiency, professionalism and respect for our premises.  However, the packing that was left for the uplifting crew to complete suffered from a lack of attention to detail and the professional approach as was demonstrated by Kerry.  The result meant that some random items that were literally dumped into boxes (unwrapped) or in chest drawers (jewellery) appear to have been lost or if found, cannot be completely accounted for.  This also meant that the original allocation of items to storage/direct delivery was unreliable or incomplete.  The breakout of items to storage/direct delivery was important to the entire relocation/move, and it has left us wondering what has actually been retained in storage - and in what state - something that we will not be able to determine for at least another 9 months...despite all of the upfront effort by your sales/admin staff and us to ensure this would not be the case.  I would personally still recommend Conroy - not sure about my partner - but with the caveat of ensuring that the packaging component be completed, in full, by a professional with the skills and attention to detail demonstrated by Kerry...a great statesman for the Company and its reputation. 

The trucks arrived on time. The 2 staffs are friendly and patience. During work, both are fast and efficient, on top of that, safety level is high.

Whilst we received our goods and mostly ok condition, the boxes were very beaten up with rips etc. It was clear heavy items were put onto lighter boxes etc. Communication wasn't ideal and I didn't feel you were very responsive. Delivery was to take place in the afternoon, but it came in the morning. I had to keep pestering to get delivery date.
