The damage we had done to all our concrete surface was way more than acceptable. We were told this furniture should have been crated and not wrapped. We had so many nicks and chips and dents on multiple items. Not enough care taken and a very casual attitude. We have claimed and are reasonably happy with the settlement so we don't have an insurance complaint but you surely have a duty of care and this was most certainly breached.

Vlaued the guys that unloaded in Sydney - quick nd nice and helpful - was a bit miffed at the communication regarding state of crate after landing in Australia.

"Very little breakage"
Very little breakage, but what did break could have been prevented with a bit better approach. One small box, the fellows had ringed the interior of the box with rigid breakable items...and they all broke. Another one, there was a ceramic rabbit that was packed on the bottom of a box and the fragile ears were not wrapped, that snapped. Otherwise, all cam e in as expected. The crews on both ends of the move were professional and friendly and the office staff, very helpful.

"Overall experience was excellent"
Having the urgency of having our furniture delivered due to my partner and son arriving in Australia was a major part of our relocation plan. I made a call to Conroys to tell them the urgency and they made every effort to make the delivery three days before they were due to land. Overall experience was excellent. would highly recommend their services.

The move at the Auckland end was very bad. I left a separate review on the packing. Some items were damaged, due to packing. The Auckland team could learn a fair bit from the Perth team. On the receiving end the communication could have been a bit better to state the stages for us with approximate timelines (I know they vary, but a ball park figure would have been great). When bringing belongings to townhouse one of the gentleman looked unfit to do the job as he got very tired at the beginning. He also sweared a lot in front of children. I understand it happens, but could be managed to a certain degree. Other than this, we were satisfied with the delivery.
