I would suggest that you have a straightforward sheet advising customers of the key phases involved in a shipment. Saves time for your staff in having to answer random emails or phone calls. The level of info was great but it was parcelled out in a rather disorganised way. My overall rating is not '5' because I had three broken items.

This is the third time I have used your services to transport goods/vehicles overseas. Awesome team and awesome service.
"professional and well experienced in moving"
This is the second time I have used Conroy Removals for my moves the first was from America to Sydney and this last time was a short moves between apartment blocks. In both instances I received friendly, clear help on the phone followed by removalists arriving on time and ready to start work. Staff are friendly, professional and well experienced in moving. I will definitely use Conroy again.
