The company’s can do attitude shone through during our transaction. You made moving back to NZ easy. Thank you 

 

If anything I’d suggest..investing in a activity / movement app or email notification system that would help customers feel like their cargo was being worked on. That they could keep track of verses having them call your customer service line for updates.

I was entirely happy with the service. Only thing was it took a while to teach home even after the customs clearance. But I was told at fist place that it will take 4-6 weeks

I was well informed about the process of the container arriving to Australia, up until the delivery of it with the side loader at our Farm. Job well done.

Hi,

Whilst the customer service has been remarkable. The packing standard was poor and I have several broken/damaged items that I now need to go through the insurance process to claim.

This is. Very disappointing when you pay so much money to have someone pack your precious goods professionally.

You staff were brilliant from the very 1st point of contact, there is nothing  that can be faulted. I do look forward to when I have finished unpacking and can have all the boxes and packaging picked up and disposed of.

The biggest plus has been the people employed: from the first person to provide the assessment to the genuinely friendly and cooperative team (of two) who did the pack with me--because they had such a good ethos, such a good rapport with each other (friendly as heck) I think they all represent your company as a place where real people work, it is not just a company moving materials around.
