The entire experience of moving our household effects, motorhome contents and car in a 40ft container was seamless, as I knew it would be as we had the same awesome service from Conroy’s 13 years ago when you moved us over from the Bay of Plenty to the Sunshine Coast. The only hitch, and completely outside Conroy’s control, is that we are still waiting for the container to arrive in Tauranga. Jaymee, of your North Brisbane office, deserves special mention. She was prompt, friendly and efficient with our various needs and inquiries, and nothing was a bother for her. She is an excellent “Director of First Impressions” for your company. I would certainly give high recommendations to anyone looking to move house. Your company is the best I have ever experienced when it comes to communication, from “go to wo”, and you should all be extremely proud of the company culture you project. Derek and Cathryn Fox

Yet another perfect removal performed by Conroys, this is our 3rd international removal (plus several with NZ) with you guys and we have never ever had any damage, everything has arrrived , and the service thoughout each removal has been remarkable, an absolute 10 out of 10 guys, just Wow!

Misplaced Items
- A box belonging to the Frazer family from New South Wales was delivered to us. It was labelled for Canada yet delivered to our home in Melbourne.
- Once I was completely unpacked, I realised that I was missing a few items, including two original artworks by Margie Epstein, as well as my toaster (which was probably in a box with a few other goods).
- Despite staff having good etiquette over the phone, I think that misplacing and not delivering items ranks pretty low in terms of service, since you're being paid good money to deliver items that haven't arrived.

Great Service Throughout the Process
Enquiries were replied to quickly, and information regarding the move was clear and concise. Contact with the Napier office was efficient and emails regarding the uplife, transport and arrival into Brisbane was communicated clearly. All costs were discussed and explained, insurance organised, and uplift from Napier address was on time. Delivery times were communicated while goods were enroute, when shipment arrived and was cleared. Delivery to Brisbane adddress was on time, and all staff were wonderful to deal with. A great service from Napier to Brisbane.
