Awful AND very expensive.Tried to get us to change our date. Didn't give us enough men on the day. Careless and inconsiderate with our goods resulting in mutiple breakages and irrepairable damages. Very relaxed concern to accept responsibility for staff shoddy handling from upper m

"The move from the NZ was fine"
The move from the NZ was fine. There were 3 movers, they took there own time to make sure everything is packed properly. A bit too long but atleast they had tools and were pleasent. I didnt get a list of the items collected from NZ. We count the items with the movers and we got 59 items, i only received 58 items in Australia. I got insurance part of the move. My stuff arrived to Australia then on delivery date organied. There were only two man and a truck. Pleasent Gents, BUT it was a fast job. They seemed in a hurry to drop the items and go. They didnt have tools to even help me with putting back the beds together. (I went originally with you guys because it did say that you will help with putting everything back like it was when it got collected and that you will wait and take the boxes). Non of that happened so thats FALSE ADVERTISING. Quiet disappointing. i specifically asked if i will get help with putting items together and was told yes and it says on YOUR DESCRIPTION OF WHAT YOU PROVIDE THAT YOU WOULD HELP.
Then as i was opening the boxes i have reliased that my vacumm cleaner is missing. Only one part of it is available. I questioned it last week, got no reply so i asked again, then i get this rude abnoxious reply back saying no nothing is found.! I replyed rudly exactly like he did and funny enough after that his reply was nicer and suggested i check with the uplift point first and to check with whoever i got the insruance with. YOU PROVIDED THE INSURANCE SO YOU NEED TO CHECK WHERE IS MY ITEM. I DIDNT PAY ALL THAT MONEY TO BE BRUSHED OFF. I EXCEPT A REPLY WITH A SOLUTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. USE THE BELOW EMAIL address.

I cannot speak highly enough of the level of service I received from Conroy Removals. EVERYTHING arrived in Perth safely. The goods that were shipped are of enormous sentimental value to me. The care taken with the wrapping and packing was awesome. The delivery people were professional, prompt and handled my precious things with respect and care. Thank you Conroy Removals for making this easy and straightforward for me.

Anglo pacific were 5 star but conroy delayed the delivery (took 3 weeks from ship arrival in Brisbane to delivery) and didn’t communicate effectively.

Great communication from Conroys and regular updates on progress of shipment . Delivered on time by Will Clare working on his own. What a “man crane” he was! It was hot and he had two flights of stairs to apartment but so cheerful, hard working and efficient. Many thanks to all. Elizabeth and Peter Cullen
The first Container was fantastic, but the second..

We have moved 2 containers - and first container was fantastic. The team were very helpful and fantastic.
But we had completely different experience with the second container, and I've followed up with our NZ agent Scott to see what to do next (have not heard back yet). Poor guys had 4 deliveries that day, and didn't come to Gold Coast till it was quite late. They had to go back to Sunshine coast and had more deliveires next morning. Therefore they couldn't return the next day to finish. They did their best, but it was getting really late, and we felt it was really dangerous for them to drive all the way back. Most of the boxes had to be left in the garage, and we have been slowing unpacking and assembling furniture ourselves (and we paid for full service). We also have missing legs to our couch, and can't put some of the furniture together as screws and little parts are missing. We are waiting to hear from Conroy what to do next. Still waiting after 5 months
All good Sydney end,However, we thought that the crew could have packed more in boxes to reduce the volumeWe took 4 large suitcases of stuff back with us AND didn't take back to NZ all that was originally assessed- and your office said there was still more that the original estimateWe thought the price was a little high after a friend, who recommended you, moved a whole family house lot for about $750 more than us (ours was a small apartment lot) > But that could be due to different logisticsBut all-in-all worked out OKNZ end was good too, the boys worked hard, unloaded and unpacked quicklyOnly disappointments with the move was :1. The damage to the washing machine and refrigerator panels - Fridge has small dents on all white panels and washing machine has dents on the front two corners where possibly tied down too tightly2. At NZ end the boys unpacked the electric piano but left the foot pedals and music stand in the box which was taken for disposal>> These issues are being sorted by the NZ office
