"A few breakages"
A few breakages - i will take pictures and forward on. Also, my one cat basket was cleaned at customs and didnt make it to my house as part of your delivery - what should i do as i dont even know who to contact - I have paid for the cleaning and expected this to be delivered.

Half Our Belongings Left Behind
Overall the service from Conroy has been good but we’re very disappointed while unloading the container to discover half our belongings are still in the warehouse in Auckland...it wasn’t until we chased both Auckland and Brisbane offices we were finally given a shipment date. Biggest disappointment is our linen/computer and most of my tools (as I’m a builder) are the items left behind....why didn’t the balance follow in May when we were assured things were under control.
4 Star Move
The first guys that came to us were great they respected our property the second lot of guys were a bit rough the third lot of guys were even worse and they were debating over what was to happen next who was taking our stuff. They were also rough just putting it up on truck I told them to leave some stuff behind and I walked out to the car on the street and came back in with paper work and the truck was loaded and doors were shut. But what really gets me are the charges you have to pay and all the waiting you have to do at the other end if any of my furniture or belongings are damaged I will be using my insurance I paid you over 17000dollars customs 1300.00 and now god knows how much to mpi that's for the first one and then $2996 for overflow and god how much for their charges I really should have just sold up the majority and brought over minimal stuff

Could Have Been Done Better
Over-all good friendly service.
I also have damage to the mose expensive item moved which is sad but there is no way to determine when the damage occurred. I guess its safe to say the items Should have been packaged better by the packing company.
The delivery could have been done a bit better. I am missing some items (I think one box) but due to the method in which the unloading was done, was unaware at the time of the unloading. This makes it very difficult to determine where it when missing or what may have happenned. I believe that it will get sent to me if it turns up in the system somewhere.

"quality has slipped"
Some feedback provided directly to Kim in Sydney the day after the move. Positive feedback for Harrison on the day. Thinking back over the years and times i have used conroys (IM) i would say the quality has slipped. To many items came through the front door as single lift and although some leather lounge chairs were export wrapped for protection they were roughly carried through doorway by one person, one chair damaged but i cant be sure where and how as it has been in storage long term. The level of care Syd > Melb and return was better than this recent move. I felt prevoius teams were invested and cared more, as it was with older experienced guys and they took the time to carry heavy items 2 person lift. Seemed as though the team were pushed for time and had one other stop after me. Was disappointed as I was not aware insurance was available for the move and had 2 breakages (emailed to Kim). I will acknowledge some boxes had deteriorated while in storage and i had accessed twice recently and did open cartons and didn't notice any damages on those occasions. Would i use and recommend again maybe. Thanks. Chris.
Pieces Broken On Arrival
Very nice drivers sent for pick up and delivery but only an ok service over the phone with the agents both in AU and UK to arrange pick-up, insurance and delivery. Shipping took much longer than expected and I had a couple of pieces broken on arrival which was the most disappointing part.
The delivery team left without unpacking as boxes as agreed even though it was only 3 pm.I had agreed with Rapidworld that all boxes will be delivered and unpacked on the day of delivery.Pick up of empty boxes was not done as agreed. I was informed the crew could not find me, even though I was home. I also received to phone call.Absolute horrible service!
