Amazing service in Melbourne, however the Wellington staff seemed lost and couldn’t locate my boxes. Understand busy time of year but they didn’t seem confident on finding them or when to deliver because my town “wasn’t on the way” . Only got a call back after I had to email Melbourne. The man who delivered my boxes was amazing and excellent service! Therefore would recommend.

Very poor communication throughout the process. Despite requesting several times to get in touch with me with reasonable lead time to organise a suitable drop off date as I was overseas, I received an email telling me my stuff would be delivered at 7am the next day without any prior communication. Luckily we found someone willing to open the door.

I think a better communication from the company regarding the delivery. It took longer than what I was advised . However
once I contacted your office they listenend to me and fulfulled my request. Delivery persons were great.. Thank you.
