"All items were wrapped to a high standard"
Good Communication
Hi, Service was great and the communication was good too. There were a few items that were not delivered at first but were delivered later in the morning. So a little confusing but ok. I was a litte disapointed with the time my shipment was in Quarentine. I'm not sure if this is a quarentine issue or scheduling by conroy. The delivery was expected on or before the 5th of October but was delivered on the 12th of October.
"extremely proactive"
I would especially like to thank Kim at the Sydney office as she was extremely proactive and is a credit to Conroys Removals. Excellent at her job. Also the actual removalists Manu and Jay - they worked so hard and efficiently to pack everything up for me in Sydney. Same for the team at the Hawkes Bay storage facility they could not have been more accomodating...espcially when I needed to find my shoes... in one of my 90 boxes...

A special mention for Michelle Gilchrist. She coordinated the entire moving experience with great professionalism and met all my requests on collection times and arrival in my destination. A great asset to Conroys indeed.

Very helpful staffs. Gives calls before the departure and arrival of items. Always gives updates about items (via emails). Items arrived complete and in good conditions.

Unfortunately, it took much longer than expected for my boxes to be transported from Sydney to Melbourne and then to my home. There was limited communication and unclear timelines provided. My goods were ready in Sydney on the 6th September however were not delivered to my home until 11th October - over a month is ridiculous! I had to follow up to find out where my goods were and no apologies for the delay were provided. Once my goods were ready to be delivered in Melbourne, the communication improved and the delivery was done on time.
Excellent service and communication throughout the process of moving our shipment to Australia. We were brought up to speed and our shipment was tracked throughout the move. All items were wrapped to a high standard. Thank you
