While the delivery of the goods went fairly much as expected, I was disappointed that one small box has been lost in the move. It is a camera tripod that is under the amount of the insurance deductible so I can't claim for it. I have a picture of the tripod box in my shipping crate, but your staff claim it was not in the crate once it was opened. This is a bit difficult to swallow since our little crate was packed by us and sealed by us. I also found the communication to be a bit slow when it came to letting us know about delivery.

Awesome team we dealt with from the first phone call to packing and picking up. Goods got to us in NZ safely only one hick up in NZ but was dealt with straight away.

The only I would like to say was when the things were packed in NZ eg. Foot stool pack inside one of my dresser draws in was to much to handle and the Botton of my dresser (kick board) was broken to heavy. Other things were packed like rubbish bin pack in with other jammed in dented rubbish bin dented in.

Conroy has been good. Your partners in Singapore, Astro Movers, are terrible. I should never have choosen them. The amount of damages that we are coming across as we unpack is turning out to be a disaster. Glassware damaged, plates broken, hat stand ripped apart, bed stand forced in. The packing list is useless and says nothing. The list goes on and on. I would strongly recommend that Conroy drop any dealings with Astro.
"Happy about everything but when the times change not happy:"
I so enjoyed the services from Melbourne. With the delivery services not good on this side. Yes we were been updated with our gears. Had been with Tauranga port for 2 weeks everything cleared from quantine. Got call on Friday 8th of September 2017 that our gears would be delivered today Monday the 11th of September 2017 at 8:30am. Then got a call from Tauranga at 8am this morning that there where problems on who was going to deliver our container. So we got new time for 12pm agreed. Ihaia rang me at 12:48pm asking me to contact Tauranga in regards to the whereabouts of container. So I contacted Tauranga at 12:55pm the truck had just left which was in Te Puke. Happy about everything but when the times change not happy. Overall I am happy with the company will recommend to other people. Thank you Conroys
"Don't respond to requests for information"
Don't respond to requests for information, or follow up in a timely manner after repeated requests for updates on consignment delivery. Took unreasonable length of time to deliver goods after arrival into Australia (took weeks). Actual day of delivery service was on-time, courteous and professional.

EXCELLENT service and I received my Kinchrome tools in the time frame specified. I would definitely recommend the service to anyone wanting to move. Although the handle was broken all my tools were inside and all good. The pickup from Tauranga depot was smooth and easy. Thanks Janelle from Melbourne, awesome customer service too!
"incredibly stressful"
Dear Conroy, While I had no problems with you or Sievwrights removels, who I have used extensively in the past, your counterpart company in London was absolutely appalling. I will be hseitant to use you again of you continue to partner with the same company. They were unhelpful, continued to add additonal expenses to my account and treidt o deliver my goods to an address in London on a big truck with two shipping containers on the back, and when that could not be parked outside my address, charged me for a shuttle service. The entire moving experience was incredibly stressful, but the London sector was absolutely terrible.

We engaged a shipping company in Canada but were first advised on the actual status of the consignment by Conroy's NZ during transshipment. Conroy's were good at keeping me ingormed on the progress of the consignment through transshipment, quarantine and customs and final delivery.

Our home was delivered on time and the larger items unpacked and packaging taken away. The 2 removal guys were really great
The service and communication in Australia was very good. Delivery in NZ was not so thorough. Our furniture was split over two delivery dates. The first delivery included essentials such as fridge and beds who was appreciated but the larger items were not unwrapped. The second delivery was at very short notice and there was no list of items so we were not able to check that all boxes were delivered. The second delivery did remove the packaging according to the contract. Overall the service was good, but a final inventory list would have been reassuring.
