Very efficient, courteous and friendly service. The guys did everything we asked. All furniture was positioned were requested, put together and all packing materials removed.

Australia side was great new zealand had some mixed messages but other wise was a great service, 3 items were broken due to our own packing. but every thing arrived, The drivers at both ends were great friendly blokes.
Napier Branch Not So Good
The Brisbane side of things were great but the Napier things were far from good.

Our service in the U.K. with John Mason was a far better experience than our arrival into Melbourne with Conroy. We waited beyond the original 10 days that was advised for our clearance and there was a significant lack of updates from the team at Conroy. Even once we were cleared we waited a further 4 working days for delivery even though we advised the team that we were in an empty house with a child (due to their misinformation of our ship arrival date) and requested a priority due to this. The guys who unloaded our boxes were good however I still feel I would not recommend them to anybody.
"poor and unacceptable service"
During moving the goods inside house, the staff, thrown the goods instead of moving with care. They damaged the floor by cutter, and broken one small sofa legs, and they also expected me to move heavy items which is really outside of my capabilities.
I am an engineer which have office work. During moving the goods inside, they expected me to help them to carry the goods, and they put me to a situation to carry heavy boxes, as I am not used to it, after that day I am suffering lower backache till today.
I haven’t claim for broken sofa leg, but I have sent an email to claim for floor damage as I have rented this house and responsible for the damages, which I have already written on the delivery paper which I signed, but no response yet.
We move from Malaysia, our mover company “Inter Grace Mover” was really professional I can gave 100 of 100 score to them, and already recommended them to a lot of my friends, really complete satisfaction in the whole process. I really didn’t expect such a poor and unacceptable service from an Australian company on the first week of our stay in Australia.
I hope other Australian companies having better services.
