"treatment of items was disgraceful'
Start with nz end the treatment of items was disgraceful. Brisbane end they were careful and noted some of the damage caused by conroys nz. However we paid for unpacking yet I unpacked most of the items, maybe they we scare of the mess nz conroys had made of our stuff. I'm afraid after dealing the conroys nz i struggled to vote high as damage was done to my opinion and my items

"service has been excellent"
My move has not been completed yet as my furniture is in storage. However, so far Conroy’s service has been excellent. The removalist in the U.S. where I am moving have been excellent in coordinating things too. I definitely recommend Conroy’s for your international move.
Damaged Items

"Only one breakage"
Apart the delay caused by circumstances beyond Conroy Removals, namely the vessel having to be returned to Sydney due to there being Bogon Moths found aboard, everything else went smoothly. From packaging and pickup, to delivery and removal of packing, cannot fault the services. Just awaiting the pickup of cartons and extra outer packaging used in many of the cartons, which I understand will be this Saturday the 18th November. Only one breakage, a gilt mirror, for which claim has been executed. The chaps delivery the container, even took it away for disposal, which saved me the trouble.

Your service was the best I've encountered! Your feedback before the shipment arrival was excellent. And the two guys, Steven and Sean, were just fantastic! They were friendly, helpful, patient, very hard working and did more than what we ever expected. We were very pleasantly surprized by Conroy Removals' service. Well done!
