It took a month from the date that the container arrived in Australia to get delivered.
I had to contact Conroy on two occassions to find out what the delay was.
The delivery date was changed 3 times before eventual delivery.

I found Conroy Removals to be professional and efficient from the quotation stage right through to the delivery of my personal effects and car into Auckland, New Zealand. The two packers that came to my house were excellent and took a lot of care in packing my possession, which gave me confidence that everything would be okay. They were friendly and were happy in their work. My dealings with the administration staff at Conroy were also positive. I highly recommend Conroy to anyone who is on the move. Thanks, Christine
"would have liked to have received a little more detail"
Overall I was very impressed with the relocation experience. I would have liked to have received a little more detail from your Customer Service team surrounding the process that occurs once the vessle docks at Port. I had been tracking the container and watched it arrive in Melbourne, get unloaded and put on a truck - then there was a black hole. I didn't know what occured after this and it was weeks before i found out. I, like many consumers, are ignorant to the process of quaranteen etc. I didn't feel like the CS Team were as communicative as they could have been. With our container arriving in to port on April 10th, I expected the container to be delivered a week or so later - ignorantly. As it turns out it was delivered on May 5th. To date, I still dont know what occurs in that 3-4 weeks? When your goods have been on the water for 2 months and your family is desperate to get their stuff, that extra weeks become frustrating and I don't want it to be a reflection of Conroy - which we felt it was a first. Anyway, if we were informed that it may take a few weeks for the unload, unpack, quaranteen inspection and then reload, we would have understood. Thanks.

"The invoicing process was a bit difficult"
The invoicing process was a bit difficult to get right. It seems like part of it was done in NZ and part in Australia? If you could set up a credit card or direct debit payments that would make paying for service a lot easier.
