You have done a great Job! Thank you so much! Everybody was very helpful, from the first moment till we could pickup our goods at destination. We got answers to all our questions and they kept us up to date with our shipping from Australia to New Zealand. Even if we had to do some major changes (change of destination city) there was no problem at all and everything worked just perfect. They packed our belongings very good for the transport. We couldn't believe that it will work that simple and smooth, but these guys are just great. Conroy removals is highly recommended by us!!

Thanks for getting our household goods to Trang Thailand. Also we would like to mention that Vanpac did an exceptional job in getting our gear down from Bangkok to Trang and were very professional and helpful getting all the furniture and boxes into our house. My only concern was that we were quoted on the container coming down to our address and not being unpacked onto a separate truck first. I found that my concerns were unwarranted as all my gear arrived undamaged to my delight.

"Great stressless experience"
Great stressless experience from the quote through to the removal of the empty boxes, wrapping paper and plastics from our new home in Blenheim. NZ. Found the staff animated and efficient at both ends. Conroys kept us informed of our containers progress through its journey and we appreciated the storage arrangements made which allowed us to go house-hunting before our belongings arrived. If we were ever to move again, Conroys would be on the top of our list (possibly might be the only ones on said list).

"Very good packing"
Very good packing, we received everything in the UK in perfect condition. Efficient and professional service. Good communication. The UK delivery company said that the container was very badly packed though (not sure whose fault/responsability is that) and some other boxes were damaged, luckily all of our stuff were fine.

Janelle was so helpful- she took us through each stage with both compassion (we were moving items following death of a loved one) and efficiency. Thanks to Janelle for making a difficult time more manageable for us. The two guys who picked up the goods were really friendly and helpful.

"had to keep asking for updates"
I dealt with 3 different companies during the international move. It would be good if you clearly explain the customs/quarantine procedures as you assume knowledge (in your communications) where there is none. I had to repeat address delivery details more than once. It seems that you could have a more efficient customer details/communication management system. I had to keep asking for updates, it would be great to get an automated sms “your stuff is at the port/ eta is xxx”, “we will update you after quarantine” etc... otherwise we have no idea what the steps are or length of time.
My only complaint would be that the guys who packed the container post quarantine are not gentle with goods and are more like airline baggage handlers. Plus they placed both of my toolboxes drawer face down on the floor and dumped all my tools on the floor of the container. Other than that, good fast service, professional removalists, thank you!
