Conroy was recommended to me by Steve from Finishing Touch. My request to Steve was for a removals company who could provide full-service removals from Melbourne to Perth including some unusual items such as large, fragile terracotta planter pots and a vintage camphorwood chest.

re: "Communication" below. "Next steps" in the engagement processes were not always formally well-communicated. At times I found myself querying what I needed to do next to keep the process moving along, such as how to track progress of the move once items had been packed and uplifted because they were being delivered to my family in Perth and I was not going to be there to receive them. As you have most of the process tracked on-line maybe you could provide customers with a portal to track progress such as used by Australia Post for parcel tracking.

Was very happy with the service, U packers were friendly, asked where we wanted things and quick at offloading the truck. A very professional service. Even had a phone call from the office to ensure we were happy with everything!

Excellent service and no breakages. Just had a couple of items that were not put together properly.
everything pretty good, delivery could have been improved if dining table top not left in garage, and washing machine placed in appropriate place
