Service involved moving furniture from NZ, and Bali, storage for 2 years then the big move of everything from Perth to Shoal Point today. At every twist and turn, Conroy have been amazing. Chris and Scott were outstanding today, going way above and beyond. All my treasured things have arrived safe and sound. Thank you all so much! Kind regards

Customer service was excellent, I had a number of changes ahead of pick up and they were always met with a positive can-do attitude. Pricing was competitive and were not opportunistic with ad-ons.
The delivery drivers were also super lovely and well mannered.
I will definitely seek out Conroy for any future needs.

We received our load in Queensland on Friday past. What a great experience again with Conroys. The collection in New Zealand was a perfect execution, we had updates on the progress of our load, and the load was delivered by two great young men. Every carton was in perfect condition, just like the day it was packed. Well done Team Conroys, I would recommend your services to every body that is moving. Best wishes, and Thank You.
I really appreciated the time taken to get estate antique furniture form Yarrawonga to Melbourne to my place in New Zealand and how well I was informed and actually how it arrived sooner than anticipated. However, I was a dismayed that the head board for the sideboard was cracked and a panel had popped due to unwarrented flexing of this long flat item with shelving attached. I chose not to insure due to overall cost to me because I trusted you as experts to ensure everything should arrive in sound condition. You have a duty of care in terms of your service. So while I was receiving the items from your movers I noticed that there appeared to be something loose in the large flat package and in unpacking I noticed the aforementioned damage. The head board could have been cracked clean through but as such its a crack that requires repair before I can reattach it to the sideboard. I also think you need to increase the padding around edges and corners of furniture expecially for antiques. I noticed how the bubble wrap gets worn through to the wood. I have not unpacked the pews as such as they are just under cover of my back deck. I trust they arrived Ok. All in all I repeat your service, communication and getting this job booked and tracked was awesome but I ask that you increase the padding and the duty of care with fragile items such as these. If you want me to send photos of the crack in head board I can. Thankfully I have someone who can fix this, but the head board will always have that memory of damage within it.
The overall experience has been good. The assessment of goods for estimation and support from Penny in completing the purchase process has been very good.
The packing guys in Wellington were very kind, calm, and professional.
The staff in Brisbane seemed not to enjoy their work. Isabelle's emails were toned as threatening. After confirming the address, the delivery date for the goods was reasonably quick.
The delivery and unloading guys were not happy while doing the work. They were frustrated and not sure why.
