Great Service
Great service, flexible with dates, no need to book too far ahead, professional polite people, very careful with the load. I also liked that the container is packed and stored, as opposed to packed and unpacked into storage. Estimate was impressive too, they get you to guide them through the house and show what you need to pack away and do the estimate of the required container size. Plenty of packaging materials available at no charge as I had a couple of boxes worth of stuff still after packing. Definitely will go back to Conroy and recommend to friends.
The gentlemen who delivered our goods to our Australian address were fantastic. They moved carefully and skillfully about the property so as not to damage the walls etc. Very impressed with their service.
Improvement being highlighted items from our mattresses being scuffed and dirtied as the bags ripped in random places during the transit.
I was very pleased with the overall delivery except for two issues. When they arrived the men took very long to come inside and start until I went out to query with them second they didn't think anything of walking directly into carpeted areas asking questions as to where the goods needed to be left and that could have been avoided if they asked me before they walked in as they did. We don't wear shoes in our home let alone on carpeted areas so this made for more cleaning up after. Overall a good service with afew tweaks that can be improved on.

Due to the following concerns we would have given your company 5 star rating: 1) we were charged for 75 boxes but actual count of packed boxes were only 45 boxes so overcharged for 28 boxes. This maybe was because the quote was done by video call not actual count on site. I emailed our sales rep on 28 March who made the quote for amendment of the quote and refund for the overcharged items. We are still waiting for his reply. 2) 5 items were missed out and left at your warehouse. But I got an email today that they are in the warehouse and someone will contact us for the delivery. Hope we can be refunded for the overcharge cost of 28 boxes.

Amazing Support
After initially receiving feedback, via a Facebook group, to avoid using Conroy Removals I decided to stick with the company I had used previously, knew my parents had used many times prior as well and a company that was reputable and well known in NZ.
From the initial phone call I made requesting a quote to the end result of having my goods delivered to my house I cannot fault the service or the communication I received with all the updates.
I knew exactly when my goods were shipped, what vessel they were on, provided an ETA of when they would arrive into the port in NZ, when they were taken to the Conroy warehouse and then when they were due to be delivered to my house.
My goods contained mostly fine bone china and fragile crystal that had been passed down from my Great-grandmothers, Grandmother's and my Mum so it was important to me to have everything arriving in one piece.
Apart from a small plate that was broken everything arrived in tact.
I highly recommend Conroy Removals and would not hesitate to use them again.

Back in October, I posted on many forums on Reddit about moving and needing a good moving company that wouldn't charge a million dollars. I was recommended upakweship. The prices were good comparatively and I had the comfort of packing my own things. Setting up removal was easy. However, after that, communication with them dwindled until Conroy Removals took over and gave me updates regularly while also responding to my own many enquires. Everything arrived intact and in great condition. I am very pleased with Conroy Removals customer service and how well everything was handled.

My pick up was 7 March. On 9 March I wrote a detailed email outline the significant issues with my pick up from Sydney. Nobody has answered any of my questions.
the delivery to Melbourne resulted in me receiving two matresses. I only have one matress. We are working through the boxes. I'm afraid there are things missing now.
