"updating me promptly"
Hi, I would like to praise the admin staff, Jenna and Megan, for updating me promptly re the arrival and quanrrantine of my consignment. The delivery team headed by Michael is precise and efficent. I am now waiting for the team to collect my unpacked cartons and packing paper. I hope it can be arranged asap.
Happy with the service provided.

"Wrapping and packing was done well"
Wrapping and packing was done well and up tp my previous expectation. Staff friendly and accomodating. David was my sales contcat again and was very helpfull with initial arrangements and quoting was very competitive. Shipping was delayed again due to a change in vessel, but I am sure this is not anything that Conroy has control over. South African agent was not the same but still very professional and I was happy with Conroy's choice.

The delivery guys are very nice. However, I do not see any reason for telling customer how heavy the boxes were (the boxes are just around 50lbs, which were within the recommended range), which seems to be not very professional. Overall, everything were smooth and communications were great.

Our move was the best i have been involved with, everyone kept us fully informed by email and phone calls from quotation, packing, pickup and then delivery here in Kabankalan City. I applaud the professional, friendly attitude of all the staff and your agent here in Cebu. Everything arrived on time, in perfect condtition, an indication of a professional service.

Very happy with service to date but of course our furniture hasn't been delivered yet. We were disappointed with extra charge to unload which we were never told about but have been told that there is no fee to load when delivered.
If you want to really improve overall experience I do have some advice
Rough handling or packaging resulted in the most precious furniture items being cracked or broken upon arrival here in Nelson to my home. A bottle of expensive Top Shelf was absent from its carton. No sign of stain age or broken glass. A clean removal. That carton of top shelf had been repacked into a tall carton at some stage.One carton containing crystal glasses and towels never arrived. To their credit, your Nelson crew have been sterling in their embarrassment, without hesitation, retrieving the damaged goods and submitting them to their local French polisher. One expensive chair now wobbles but I will live with it. So Mathew, I am disappointed. Haven't made any fuss about it, but you were so good to me, I felt I should level with you. Incidentally, before all was unpacked here, I sent Christchurch Conroys this same document with glowing praise. Sadly I should have hung back until all was revealed. Silly me.. I reiterate that your Nelson men are terrific, sincere Conroy representatives. They couldn't believe their eyes upon viewing the 2x chairs with broken backs, the solid antique table with a big solid leg broken off, the table top with its break down the middle seam, the Victorian couch with a leg broken. The missing bottle of whisky. They were a picture discovering these discrepancy so. Sorry mate. You did your job with class and caring. Alas a company is only as good as its weakest link. You have a weak link somewhere down the line.
