I have not been able to unpack all the boxes yet so I am unable to say everything arrived safely. So far I found a wheel off a desk chair was broken off. Packing was fine, my sense is that handling (either on removal or delivery or storage while in customs) may have dropped the chair or something like that. I hope that is all that I find. Otherwise I would have given you a 5 star rating. Insurance was steep!

"move was pretty seamless"
My only issue with the move was the length of time it took. (Packed and removed frm my apartment in Zwolle mid-June) I wondered about the wisdom of the goods going to Sydney and then to Melbourne, rather than directly on to a boat heading to Melbourne from Rotterdam. But apart from that the move was pretty seamless. The hiccup with the fumigation of the "pillow" by customs; not your fault and I was impressed with the fact that it was all packed in again neatly. The pillow cover was even packed back in.

"Communication was awful"
Communication was awful and the $60 "difficult" delivery fee was just not warranted. The 2 guys you sent were polite and efficient. No problem with them. The entire delivery with unpacking took 80 minutes. Why you couldn't arrange delivery sooner than 3 weeks after quarantine is beyond me. Only when I called 3 times did I get any service. Enjoy you ill - gotten $60 and continue to not follow up with your customers -- great business plan.

I did not like how I received 2 separate bills a few days apart for substatntial amounts. It would have been much better to receive both amounts on one bill so I could manage payments appropriately. When I called to discuss this, team was helpful and accomodating.

Boys were great we had everything pulled apart and mostly in the garage few things inside eg fridge washing machine and pot plants comes to nearly the end got told no room for a cabnet and seven quite heavy pot plants . Job done 810 dollars later .....had to hire truck on sunday to move pot plants and a few other things my veloster coulld not fit them in pot plants still in shed downstairs as two women cannot carry them ..thats why i hired a removalist....
