Only issue was in contacting me while the shipment was in transit - this could have been done a bit earlier (and was the Brisbane office, not Melbourne).  I was very happy with the service apart from that....helpful, friendly and professional people.

The Melbourne admin team was exceptional. Janelle set such a high standard of personal service making it hard for her colleagues to match. Our overseas move was smooth and easy thanks to Conroy.

Having had numerous international relocations the experience using Simpsons and Conroy was excellent. Being kept proactively and constantly up to date with shipment status from pickup through to clearance and delivery was refreshing. Thanks to all the team in UK and Australia.

Thank you for all the updates on our goods and walking us through the immigration process. We are still unpacking some books and clothes but the first things we unpacked were my wife's 3 large Tiffanny lamps and were very pleased to see them in perfect condition as were the musical instruments, paintings, China and glassware. The men who delivered everything were quick , efficient and friendly- very helpful in placing things. Thanks again.
