"Right from the beginning, my experience was positive"

Hi Conroy Removals,
The packing in NZ was done expertly except for the lady who packed the fine porcellain, with the result that some pieces broke.
The standard documentation sent to us in Australia was at variance with the contract we concluded with Conroys in NZ but on enquiry the NZ agreement was applied.
The contract provided for packing where the items were in our NZ home to unpacking where they were going in our Australian home. However, when the containers arrived, there was no sign of unpackers and the movers had to arrange for them to come out to our new home, where they arrived in the afternoon and clearly were not geared to return the next day. So most of the unpacking had to be done by us, which has so far taken several days. The packers were not 'allowed' to unpack onto the floor but the sideboard, etc into which the items had to be unpacked had not been unwrapped by the time the team left.
The insurance policy requires that we inform the insurers of claims within 7 days of delivery at our nw home. This is the 7th day and we have still not managed to unpack and check everything. So the lack of proper unpacking may cost us in undiscovered losses or damage.
The unpacking should have been organised properly and the team should have returned to finish the job the next day. The policy should allow a longer time to report losses and damage.
The teams in NZ and Australia were very friendly, which we appreciated.

"kept me informed every step of the way"
From the first meeting in Denver with Rocky Mountain Overseas to the careful packing and shipping. To the customs and quarantine clearance in Fremantle and delivery, unpacking and positioning of everything in my home by Conroy Removals every person I spoke to went out of their way to make sure every aspect of the move went off without a hitch. Staff at both ends were polite, courteous and kept me informed every step of the way. I have no hesitation in recommending Conroy Removals for local and international moves.

I found our removal guys to be very professional both sides of the Tasman. When they unpacked in Rotorua they were great. It was quick and they set up my bedroom perfectly. AND there wasn't a scratch on anything. Fantastic. Thanks again Conroy Removalists.

The service was great from the first contact, All phone calls and emails were answered promptly and politley. The guys who delivered our things were great worked very fast stacked everything perfectly, and very friendly.I would recomend Conroy removals highly. (we did lose some bed parts but it appears this was from the UK end and not Conroy removals doing )

My experience with Conroy was good, with delivery and processing being completed as stated via email.
It was a pleasant end to the delivery that took a great deal longer than quoted by upakweship, but that is outside your control - the stage of delivery that you handled was well done and timely.

"Thank you to everyone"
Thank you to everyone at Conroy Removals for your expert and professional help begining from day 1 in Perth with Lee coming out to my house for the inital quote. He was very efficient and was able to answer every query. I felt I could ask Lee any question at any time after he had left and he certainly gave the impression I was no bother ( apologies Lee if I was really!). He was also very patient and understanding when I probably took too long to finalise the itemised list, having been put off by the customs requirements in NZ but he helped out again with answers and assurances.
Vela was also of enormous help and support. Again I was not made to feel incompetent by my mistakes. In fact it was quite nice to see him in person and Lee again when I had to drive to the depot with a forgotten box. (Totally my mistake with a box I'd forgotten under a bed).
With all the stress and demands of re-locating it is a huge relief to have a friendly and personable removal team who completely take care of the packing and transporting prcess.
In NZ Luke and Shane were fantastic and had the truck unloaded with amazing speed , hardly breaking into a sweat!. I walked into the house expecting to see a chaos of boxes everything and they had thoughtfully placed the boxes in groups in the rooms with plenty of walking around space giving space also to unpack easily.
We first used Conroy Removals in 2010 when moving to Perth and I had no hesisitation to go to the same company on our return to NZ. I am happy to say my recent experience was as great as the first time.
I don't plan on another re-location - still unpacking this one! But you never know and if so then I would definitely give Conroy Removals a call.

Right from the beginning, my experience was positive. I received a few quotes and Conroy wasn't the cheapest, but I felt like I could trust them which was impotant to me. The guys who packed up our stuff were friendly and took a lot of care to make sure everything was safe and the guys who dropped it off on the other side were the same.
I can't reccommend you guys highly enough.
