Efficient service. Considerate and polite guys.

Steve and Lance were freiedly and polite and carried out their duties with excellence. 

The keys to the wardrobe had been placed in a different place after qurantine inspection - if you put them somewhere diffferent please tell the client as it saves a minor panic! Boys who delivered the goods were as careful and respectful as the boys that packed the goods in the UK - well done Conroy team

Having come from NZ to Australia with Conroys and having no problems I can only say my experience with Conroys Australia was disappointing. I constantly had to be on the phone for information on the progress of my shift and to have to ring up 3 days before my departure on holiday to Scotland and ask for the invoice to be emailed so I could pay it was unnecessary.

On arrival in Ch-Ch I had requested that one suitcase in particular be kept aside, no problem there in fact I was given the chance to have all suitcases listed in the inventory available to me, which I chose. Unfortunately the packers failed to list one of the cases and this one contains my laptop. So until I can find my own accommodation and have my consignment delivered I have no idea where it is.

So I think a bit of fine tuning of your liaising with customers and attention to detail in writing up the inventory is required.
