Customer service was brilliant, but many of the antique plates (dated circa 1400s) were broken in transit. Most plates had a single piece of newspaper around them, for a journey of many months and many kilometres, and one plate had no packaging at all. I understant that these issues are entirely with the Dutch entity that packed the pieces, but would as a result not use or recommend Conroy Removals to others.

Isabella was great with communication about my goods. She kept me informed of the status. She was kind and patient while I struggled with the shipping company. The gentlemem who delivered my goods to my home were wonderful. They took great care with my things and were very professional. Many thanks to Conroy!

Efficient
Very efficient and friendly
Some of our goods were packaged very well but some looked like they were just thrown in with no protective wrapping. This led to broken picture frames. My wooden coffee table was poorly wrapped and sustained damage. A piece of furniture was partially dismantled and the screws were lost. I left my bike rack ready to be packaged. When I unwrapped it the bolts were missing. I haven't been able to find them therefore it is now unusable. This is all so disappointing. One of the locks on my campervan was damaged. I suspect this was done at customs. When we received the campervan if was filthy. I paid a large amount for it to be steam cleaned. It was so bad that the passenger window was unable to open due to the dirt. I had been told that the campervan would be recleaned before I took possession, this was not done.
Conroy removals should work around the client's timeframe. For example I gave 8 days notice on my move in date and Conroy removals couldn't accomodate and actually required further funds to complete the move on a Saturday.
Anything Conroy Removals take apart or adjust should be put back as is. For example I had two bikes where the handlebars were adjusted. These should have been put back as normal after the move but they weren't. Also Conroy removals took apart a cabinet and didn't put it back together when delivered to site
