Our furniture was not unpacked on delivery so since opening some of the boxes so far we have found
a) the glass on one picture smashed
b) a big garden pot broken - it had no protection between it and the box

What recourse do we have with this?

Everything was great and arrived in good time and no damage unfortunately I was u able to take advantage of the unwrapping and placement service as I had to race off to work and have a lot of rubbish to dispose of.
