I can't recommend your services more highly. It was a seamless process from booking to delivery of our furniture and took the stress out of moving interstate. Excellent and friendly service at every step of the move. My only comment is that a day or so before our shipment was delivered to our home, the local agent came to visit and asked us to pay 850Euros cash. 300Euros or so were anticipated for the rental of a van to facilitate the transportation of the boxes to our house. The remaining 550Euros (arnpound 1000$) we were told were for customs clearance. We were only given a receipt without a serial number and proper invoice. This might be some quirky administration procedure but this cost is significant and customers should be told about these so they can make decisions and budget accordingly.
