The service from NZ Conroy was top class. Communication all the way, the people who packed up our goods did a great job.
Conroy Australia not the same level of communication, the email updates were generic with every stage`pending`...no help. So I`ve had to chase up any info on our shipment.
Pils and John who delivered our goods were great to work with, courteous and careful with everything.
Well the same can`t be said for the individuals that pulled our neatly packed boxes apart ! RANSACKED is the best description. Tools in with bedding. guitar thrown in with crockery, just a horrible way to have our belongings treated. The care factor is clearly absent. My question to Conroy is `what is the point of having you pack up our delicate and private belongings with care and order, to then have it all ripped apart and thrown in any box?? I would tell anyone contemplating getting an expensive removalist not to bother. Just throw it all in a box and send it with the cheapest, the end result is the same. How are Customs and the other `critter departments` not held accountable or supervised by Conroy ? Why are you not doing the repack after their ransack ? you guys are the professionals after all.
Good customer service and even better service from the delivery drivers, they bought every single item into our home for us. Thanks team.
