Excellent movers and made the relocation overseas a breeze. Will definitely highly recommend to anyone needing a great moving company. They communicated with me through the whole process and I was at ease knowing where my precious possessions were through the whole move. Thank you.
Excellent service leaving Australia but here in New Zealand is a totally different situation. Very very poor communication I.e returning phone calls is not in their vocabulary. They have lost part of our consignment I.e TV and sound bar system and show zero concern.
Service was good during pickup and delivery BKK, once in customs in BKK they said it was cleared on the 12 July but held up because the delivery address was incorrect and had to pay import duties (thai nationals don't pay if they have passport and spent time in aus)
When eventually it did go it didn't arrive on the day and they said next day, next day truck had a accident and had to wait 2 more days, when freight arrived and after unpacking found 50% of the boxes had been dropped and crushed in the corner (probably transferring from one truck to another on the side of the road)
On arrival opened the boxes to clear for insurance and every thing was OK on top but after many hours of emptying boxes to find a lot of items were broken some expensive and heirloom items,
Very disappointing
The communication was good until the very last step when the truck showed up at our house without anyone telling us. We had to scramble to rearrange our lives that day too accommodate this shortfall.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and clear communications shown by Conroy Removals staff, in both Australia and New Zealand. They have been very friendly, easy to deal with, on-time and were very quick to see me and to organise my quote. And thankfully the quote was not over-priced.
Staff kept me informed through each stage of my move and the shipment of my consignment from the Gold Coast to New Zealand. The team in Australia and New Zealand who packed and unpacked my items worked very hard and showed respect and care with my expensive furniture/personal items, which was very noticeable and appreciated as I have moved from property to property a few times over the years.
A big Thank You to all of the staff members in Australia and New Zealand - Gary, Rhonda, Dennis, Jermaine, Susan, Tory, Shane, Craig and Dave, who were involved in my move. Your help, knowledge and experience has been very much recognised and definitely contributed to making my experience with Conroy Removals a very smooth and problem-free process. I will definitely recommed Conroys as a Removalist company to family and friends in the future!!
I really appreciated the time taken to get estate antique furniture form Yarrawonga to Melbourne to my place in New Zealand and how well I was informed and actually how it arrived sooner than anticipated. However, I was a dismayed that the head board for the sideboard was cracked and a panel had popped due to unwarrented flexing of this long flat item with shelving attached. I chose not to insure due to overall cost to me because I trusted you as experts to ensure everything should arrive in sound condition. You have a duty of care in terms of your service. So while I was receiving the items from your movers I noticed that there appeared to be something loose in the large flat package and in unpacking I noticed the aforementioned damage. The head board could have been cracked clean through but as such its a crack that requires repair before I can reattach it to the sideboard. I also think you need to increase the padding around edges and corners of furniture expecially for antiques. I noticed how the bubble wrap gets worn through to the wood. I have not unpacked the pews as such as they are just under cover of my back deck. I trust they arrived Ok. All in all I repeat your service, communication and getting this job booked and tracked was awesome but I ask that you increase the padding and the duty of care with fragile items such as these. If you want me to send photos of the crack in head board I can. Thankfully I have someone who can fix this, but the head board will always have that memory of damage within it.
Unfortunately some damage,dents to fridge lower door, dent in top of microwave, dent to top edge of dressing table.
Not necessarily fault of Melbourne team but Conroys did the complete move from packing to unpacking.

The Australian end was fantastic, answered any queries and more. Customer services was great and getting back to you was immediate. Unfortunately the NZ end I rate as zero. Not happy at all with Customer service, am still waiting for a phone call with all the messages I left. I had to follow up every day and in the end I managed to get onto a manager who actually found my belongings. It was delivered to me in a different box with another persons name on it. All very suspicious to me. The box came to my house and ended up back at the depot. Need I say any more. Also a lot of my goods were damaged and broken so not sure what happened there. Very disappointing.
