Very honest and keep to their word. Everything arrived safely, no problems.
From start to finish a top service was offered
From start to finish a top service was offered.
Only thing that caused a bit of stress was our timing with the xmas period looming our freight was in NZ for collection Christmas Eve.
Would highly recommend
Kim and John super helpful. Great friendly service. Prompt replies to my numerous queries. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent in all respects except for inability to get phone answered in Auckland during repeated calls.
The communication between the different partners to each other and myself was very poor. On many occasions I had to call or email them to understand where my belongings were, and they never informed me that my freight was not still in transit because they needed more information from me.
Many people were involved, it was all very difficult to know whom I needed to contact next. If I hadn't chased all of this up it would have taken even longer than the 3 months it took. Sending me multiple invoices, some duplicates but from diffferent contractors.
Do not use CONROY REMOVALS. I am now only giving feedback because my goods eventually got here.

It took around 6 months for my items to be shipped to my home in Switzerland, way too long. The time could have been reduced by 50%

I found the team to be responsive and flexible. The only thing I would change is to be more up front about if you choose a shared container, you may be waiting months before your shipment actually leaves (i.e. our uptake was June but the container did not leave the port until the end of October.)
