The best service
Yes the best service I'm so happy everything that came was so perfect and nothing happened thank yous.
A couple of issues to address...
1. I saw your depot in Nelson by luck when driving by and knocked on the door to see if my gear had arrived. It had two weeks beforehand and I'd not been contacted. I was told there was no number to ring me. Conroys only ever contacted me by email. FAILED.
2. It was excellent that the boys removed and took away the furniture wrapping but in doing this for my tv, the power cable was missing, presumably wrapped separately and included in the total package, but thrown away with the wrapping. I only noticed this a week later when installing the tv. FAILED.

Over the years we have moved many times . Without any doubt you are the very best. You cannot improve on that.
Hi really good move and we are really happy. Only one missing item and was told by the team leader about missing item and that someone would be in contact with me about it. Heard nothing so emailed execumove the local company but still no reply. Missing item is described as a pipe and is the copper still head pipe for my still which is a fairly costly piece of equipment. I would like to claim on insurance for this. Other than this only other issue is one wooden chest of draws the corner has been broken off and piece was left in the one draw and we did were not informed of this. How do I go about submitting a claim for this.

Awesome company. Anything I needed they assisted as best they could. I am blown away by the way they actually deliver door to door from overseas to a rural property in NZ. Thank you again guys, really appreciate what you all did for me, I will be recommending you to family and friends abroad. Oh, and I better add how effient the team works and I was kept updated every step of the way. Take care guys
