An overseas move (in my case) required a whole lot more information of what is involved in such a big move. The Brisbane Rep was a lovely person but did not explain the protocol clearly from start to finish and at one stage I became very frustrated! I had a lot of help from the Melbourne person but was later refrerred to a representative on the Gold Coast whom I unloaded this onto. Later the GC rep was ever so patient and we got thru the paperwork with help from her and I did apologise for my outburst. The packing and pick up teams are legends and now in NZ happy with everything. THANKS TO ALL INVOLED, REMEBER - MORE INFO PLEASE
I chose Conroy Removals because I wanted to support my kiwi compatriots and my brother had used them in his huge move from Sydney. The gentlemen who picked up and wrapped the odd size pieces were legends. Very pesonable, polite and quick and most of all "BEST PACKERS" I have ever met, and I have had a few in my life time. Thanks to those guys I felt more confident and less stressed. The same goes for the car pick up.
Here in New Zealand Auckland has been great and I have my goods delivered no problem again with care and speed after arrival, Customs and Quarantine. Compliance for the car has started and in 3 days it will be legal. A happy customer and a big THANKS to all involved. Remember tell us more at the start, I assure you this will help to understand how huge the "moving" process starts and finishes.

Your company provided an excellent service from beginning to end. The packing was done professionally and everything arrived in original condition. The communication was great and I appreciated the updates at each part of the shipping process. Staff were efficient and reliable. Very happy with the service

Just one issue. I must have ticked no unpacking. We unpack the six boxes, but wanted the cabinets and headboard unwrapped. Misunderstanding on my part probably. NZ Conroys did the right thing and unpacked our three cabinets and headboard. Did really well. Many thanks to both Conroys! x

Bit of a hiccup to start with but soon remedied. All items received at their destination. All in all very satisfied with service. I would add, I have used Conroy previously and would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them.
Professional
Moved a small consignment oif household goods and paintings from Perth to the UK. Everything handled very efficiently and delivered on schedule. All dealings with Conroy Removals were very good and the agent they used at the UK end, GB Liners, was equally professional and pleasant to deal with.

Recommend
I gave a three star rating due to lack of communication. Also I had to be pro active in making sure all of our items were included in the packing lists as nearly all of it was left off the list for the packers. The salesman was fantastic, we got the quote on the spot which was great. There just seemed to be a lack of coordination between everyone involved in the move, and not enough communication to ensure a smooth process.
In saying that, I am very happy with the service, would use it again and recommend it to anyone looking.
