Still haven't got our possessions. Having to cancel our family holiday as the one date that was provided seems to be the only date this year our items can be delivered. It's already been 5 months, a joke

Conroy removals were recommended to myself and my husband by someone who had used their services before, they were quick to respond to my quote request, answering all my questions and providing an expected timeframe on when our shipment would arrive. All of our belongings have arrived in great condition. Thanks Conroy :)
The Australian end was fantastic, answered any queries and more. Customer services was great and getting back to you was immediate. Unfortunately the NZ end I rate as zero. Not happy at all with Customer service, am still waiting for a phone call with all the messages I left. I had to follow up every day and in the end I managed to get onto a manager who actually found my belongings. It was delivered to me in a different box with another persons name on it. All very suspicious to me. The box came to my house and ended up back at the depot. Need I say any more. Also a lot of my goods were damaged and broken so not sure what happened there. Very disappointing.
