We have relocated more than 8 times over the past 2 decades, and have had plenty of "not so great experiences" with others. Overall the move with Conroy has been very positive. Excellent packing, great friendly crew, very professional, excellent communication and updates on status of the container.
I am so so impressed with Conroy’s Removals, from the quote process to final destination they have been amazing!! They moved our household from Baldivis (near Perth), Western Australia to Whakatane in NZ. Their communication was outstanding, from their first contact through the quote process with Lee, then to Vela, the co-ordinator of paperwork and documents for shipping and quarantine etc., as well as the packing and collection coordinator and teams, over two days. No matter how many questions I had Vela always replied promptly and helpfully.
Then to the arrival of our shipment and clearing customs in NZ contact (Susan), and then to the storage contact (Katie) until we we’re ready for delivery. Then final delivery by Barry and his team Angus and Casey. Our household arrived in very good order with nothing damaged. Everything was very well packed and Barry and his team spent a few hours unpacking and putting furniture items back together for us and then removal of all packaging and rubbish.
All of our contacts let us know every step of the way what was happening and always replied to my questions/queries very promptly. I really can’t recommend them enough!!
