I gave a three star rating due to lack of communication. Also I had to be pro active in making sure all of our items were included in the packing lists as nearly all of it was left off the list for the packers. The salesman was fantastic, we got the quote on the spot which was great. There just seemed to be a lack of coordination between everyone involved in the move, and not enough communication to ensure a smooth process.
In saying that, I am very happy with the service, would use it again and recommend it to anyone looking.
Most things arrived safely, one box was lost and then found and delivered a few days later so that turned out OK in the end.
I am missing a box. Conroy has claimed all boxes were shipped and the delivering company is claiming they delivered everything received. Further investigation is required and I have not had further follow up from Conroy.

Everything went well and the staff were very helpful and polite. We did pack our items and all 10 boxes arrived in very good state and no damages. We will be using Conroy removals in the future and would recommend their services to others.

Moved from Sydney to Levin NZ absolutely amazing from the pre assessment to the uplift the communication throughout to the delivery the guys at both ends were absolutely amazing. Kim in the Sydney office was also so helpful with all the questions I asked, everything delivered in perfect condition awesome stuff Conroys you made our move home easy.

Moved a small consignment oif household goods and paintings from Perth to the UK. Everything handled very efficiently and delivered on schedule. All dealings with Conroy Removals were very good and the agent they used at the UK end, GB Liners, was equally professional and pleasant to deal with.
