Stress Free
At 6months pregnant i was very hesitant about packing our gear up and sending it home. Due to my procrastinations i ended up with a 3 week window for pick up and had a similar one for delivery. On short notice my house was packed up and done without me having to lift a finger. Everything arrived as promised well inside the requested 3 week window giving my husband plenty of time to sort through boxes. The team that quoted were responsive and answered all my questions, the packers did an awesome job quickly and were super friendly. I would highly recommend Conroys to my friends and family looking to move.
So much inconveniences to us
This was my worst move ever . I was under impression that there could be some overfill . The staff who came on first day only did in the morning and didn’t complete as expected . The second day staff expressed their disappointment regarding first day packing . Second day they had to do lot in a rush and towards evening there was overfill items . I did request them to pack the important items in the first container and also asked them to keep the safe tool package for assembling purpose . But when we received the first container lots of important things were missing . No proper inventory given . They informed me that some main parts of bedding are in other container . These are the main bedroom furnitures and I have no clue why this should be in overfill container ? There had been a significant delay and until now we are sleeping with mattress on floor . Another big mattress yet to come . They couldn’t assemble bcos of tool kit missing . Big wardrobe fully dismantled and very bad in shape . They have not helped us in reassembling so far . So much inconveniences to us . Very disappointed.

I was impressed with regular contact prior to pickup of items before leaving Perth and emails once we had arrived in Gisborne. All staff I dealt with including insurance and the guys who collected our items in Perth to be very helpful and friendly. Items arrived within a six week period as advised.

From the time I had a quote, engaged Conroys and had my belongings unloaded at my property in Northern Ireland the communication was excellent. Importantly my goods arrived in a timely manner and in the condition they departed.
I have no hesitation in recommending Conroys and would use them again.

Lee was great when he came to quote us and answer questions regarding our move, however , we had to take our quad bike to the depot separately which was an hour from our house. The drop off day and time was arranged, only to find no one at the depot when we got there. After making phone calls someone met us there to make drop off.
The packer we had on the first day was fantastic and so efficient . Second day we had 3 blokes who turned up at nearly 11 due to a truck break down. We ended up leaving them to finish packing and were meant to get a call when they were done. Which didn't happen. The next day which was settlement, we found our garage full of boxes and many things not even packed.
I feel things could of been communicated better. They were not majors..but at an already stressful time. It really didn't help.

My much loved Indian motorcycle arrived dammaged due to lack of care and consideration. Due to bike not being loaded into the crate of the correct size and despite my constant requests to make sure that my motorcycle was correctly cushioned it has now sustained damage to the rear of suspension and wheel alignment both front and rear. I sent many emails making sure that my bike was being crated properly. I was assured over and over it would be, the day i left my bike at Conroys they assured me they would take the best care they could...so what happend...why didnt you do this for me? The Handle bar damage and damage to the footplates, brake levers and foot pegs and possible damage to forks and rear suspension was heart breaking to see I usually have a fair bit to say, today i was speachless as I wanted to cry when I saw what had happened to my beloved bike. I will also now have to seek the advice of the Indian dealership to find out if frame has sustained further damage that I cannot see. My Indian Darkhorse is only a year old . The front fork appears now to be out of alignment due to the strain put on by only using two tie down straps and with the impact of what ever happend to it spend 3 months leaning on a block of wood that had embeded into my engine, rather than its stand
This was the total of what I can see so far: HANDLE BARgrips worn down to the bear metal with a huge chunk missing. Front right running board and harness has now been broken so will need to be replaced for safety reasons. Rear brake lever damaged. underneath casing to gear leavers badly scored and damaged. I am gutted and feel very very sad that you have done this to my most treasured item. It has taken me years to save for this motorcycle it means the world to me and your lack of protection and care has cuase this damage.
TO ANY ONE IN THE BIKE WORLD DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I THOUGHT BY GOING WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE CONROYS I WOULD HAVE HAD A GOOD SERVICE. I PAID TOP DOLLAR RATHER THAN GOING WITH THE CHEAPER OPTIONS. I HAVE PAID THE PRICE AND WORST OF ALL SO HAS MY BIKE. I AM GUTTED
