Thank you for your help moving my gear, I still don' t know whether my gear has left QLD yet, I have not here anymore about how my gear got off in QLD or if it has got to Wellington yet. Hopefully my gear will turn up so. Thank you David and Gary Conroy, the Perth side of think I think went really well. Take care and have a great day.

the sydney branch was very good the guys were excellent.
the only thing i would say with the new zealand branch is we are STILL WAITING for our container of furniture to be delivered.there is a delay with a new motor and have to unpack the container again to find the motor even it had been unpacked for customs and we are getting charged to have it unpacked.this all started on the 29th 9th 15.we were also told that the boat would leave on the 6th sept and it didnt which meant it took longer for it to arrive in new zealand. so has been very stressful as we have set up a bussiness and have had to buy or hire equiment while we wait

Best moving experience. Very helpful and friendly. Aus Conroy employers were great,NZ employers were great also though one of the boys was a bit rough with the handling of our boxes. Overall we are satisfied

Sorry guy's but was recommended to you thru Gough Caterpillar NZ - today I told Goughs (head office Christchurch HR) not to recommend you to other employees relocating. I must say all you staff are very nice people to deal with, but the communication between yourselves leaves a lot to be desired. I went to lots of trouble to have contacts for my stuff to be received in Auckland (and using Auckland as the port of entry as my tool boxes were locked) only to find it went to Napier and then there was another break down in coms, not knowing where it was going when it got to Napier. After I had gave you the Gough Caterpillars Branch Manager as a contact and that they had agreed to receive my tools and personal kit and to provide a fork lift if needed.
I not happy to leave this type of feedback, but I think you need improve on this - rgds Brendan

I had fantastic help by all the members, unfortunately while unpacking a lot of things were broken, one container was bubble wrapped but still damaged badly plus contents, I did not take out insurance so cannot claim.

"I was happy with the service I had received up until the point that my funiture was packed"
I was happy with the service I had received up until the point that my funiture was packed. We had booked a 40ft container only to find out on the day of uplift that the goods would be moved in 2 x 20ft loads to your warehouse and then be repacked into the 40ft container. This was not made clear to me when making the booking and my concerns centred around the additional handling that was required. I also feel that the large items were not well packed as the packing material on the edges was torn and damaged when the shipment arrived. This has resulted in damage to certain items of furniture.

They went above and beyond always making sure you were well informed of ever part of the moving process that was taking place.
not only were there prices unbeatible but the quality of there service was amazing and definitely taylor made a package to suit our situation.
I would highly recommend there services to anyone.

I would particularly like to thank Gary and Jaymee (Brisbane) for their awesome service and advice, from the first meeting with Gary I knew I would use Conroys. Gary's upfront and honest attitude and helpfulness was way above any of the other companies that I had spoken to, we ended up not only moving the household but the cars and dog via Conroys as well. Conroy's also made the whole process a lot easier at our end destination as well. Monica in Napier was awesome to deal with too, very friendly and very helpful. Justin and Charlton who unloaded were also very helpful and friendly. Due to the attitude of each person we dealt with at Conroy's the whole move was way less stressful than previous moves. Cant tell you enough how Gary's expertise really made us feel confident in our decision to use Conroy's. Top service all the way round, thank you so much.
